Anyhow, in the end, the restart was easy and is now working fine, but I did have a couple issues. Double check all the dexcom transmitters have been deleted from the bluetooth list on the phone. The second time I think I had the same issue as you and Dexcom sent me a new transmitter and sensor. We have an iPhone and the X2 pump.
